After review of your application we might grant you access to our investment memorandum. The memorandum is a confidential document, intended solely for the use of the person to whom it has been delivered by Blue Topaz for the purpose of enabling the recipient to evaluate an investment in the Bonds. It is not to be reproduced or distributed to any other persons (except to a prospective investor’s professional advisers).
